Board Services

Most of our C-level members have served or currently are serving on boards of directors.  We understand that boards may require services from time to time independent of executive management.  We also understand the unique relationship between the board members themselves, shareholders and senior management. 

While we realize that the duty of care typically requires the use of firms with household names or prestigious law firms for most board directed activities, and as such, we are not attempting to compete with those firms.  Rather our approach is to offer services from a the peer perspective of having sat in executive management and board seats.
