Most companies already have a core strategy. Other than perhaps challenging conventional wisdom on that strategy, our strategic consulting services are not about planning and implementing the already defined path. This is why we focus on clients who are in high growth mode, undergoing a significant transformation or in a crisis mode. We don't have a cookie cutter menu of services, and we don't brag about our “proprietary” methodologies, etc., because we all came from the corner office and have a multitude of ways to get things done and a rolodex full of contacts to help if you need them.
