About Us |
|
Avior Partners was formed to fill a gap for CEO’s and Boards of Directors for strategic activities that fall outside of the day to day operation, however, require a C-level executive to help shape and implement certain highly confidential activities. In our experiences as former C-level executives, we found that time constraints and capable resources to delegate sensitive activities to were key inhibitors in exploring and implementing new strategies or for handling crisis situations. Our network of former C-level executives are interested in working on exciting and challenging opportunities that make a difference. We are not a placeholder for job seekers, our executives prefer to work on assignment for either the CEO or the Board. While we believe in assignments that have a definite beginning and end, we will provide interim management services if needed, the key word being interim. Avior Partners is affiliated with GOT Capital Partners, an angel fund. ****************** How We Operate Opportunities for either executives interested in joining our network or clients interested in utilizing our services are coordinated by our founding partner, Peter Weigand. We assume that every discussion is confidential in nature and that principals want to talk directly to a decision maker, therefore we never delegate these discussions. In the interests of confidentiality, we don't disclose client lists or names of network members, however, we will provide references for new client relationships if needed. ****************** Peter Weigand - Bio Prior to forming Avior Partners and GOT Capital Partners, Peter has been CEO of three companies in the technology, energy and professional services industries.
